Slab, post-tension, stem wall, and pier footings. Dug to engineer depth with clean walls and a level bottom. We work directly with your GC.
Building Pad Prep
Cut and fill to plan elevation, compacted in lifts, certified to 95% compaction when your inspector requires it. Ready for your concrete crew.
RV Pads & Driveways
Road base, decomposed granite, or crushed granite. Sloped right and compacted so it holds up under weight and weather.
Land Clearing
Brush, mesquite, and debris cleared off the lot and hauled away. Get a rough or overgrown property ready to work.
Tree & Stump Removal
Trees down and stumps pulled, roots and all. Cleared and hauled so the ground is ready for grading or building.
Septic Digs
ADEQ-permitted septic excavation. We handle the permit, dig the pit, and schedule the inspector for sign-off.
Utility Trenching
Water, sewer, electrical, and conduit trenches dug to spec and backfilled clean. Blue Stake called before we break ground.
Block Wall Footers
Footings trenched to plan depth and width for block and retaining walls. Straight lines, right depth, ready to pour.
Drainage & Grading
Grading for proper water flow so runoff goes where it should — away from the slab, the pad, and the structure.
Debris & Junk Hauling
Old concrete, dirt, green waste, and jobsite debris loaded and hauled off. We leave the site clean.

A John Deere 50G mini-ex for tight lots, a full-size track machine for bigger pad work and clearing, a skid steer for grading finish work, and a 26-yard dump truck for haul-off. Two-man crew plus a spotter on tight residential sites. Jared operates the lead machine on most jobs.
