Foundation Excavation
Slab, post-tension, stem wall, and pier footings. Dug to engineer depth with clean walls and a level bottom. Septic pits and pool-demo prep too.
Grading & Building Pads
Cut and fill to plan elevation, compacted in lifts, laser-checked. Certified to 95% compaction when your inspector requires it — ready for forms.
RV Pads & Driveways
Road base, decomposed granite, or crushed granite. Sloped and compacted right, so it holds up when the monsoon hits.
Land Clearing
Brush, mesquite, stumps, and debris cleared and hauled. Get an overgrown or rough lot ready to work or build on.
Utility Trenching
Water, sewer, electrical, and conduit trenching dug to spec and backfilled clean. Blue Stake called before we break ground.
Drainage & Hauling
Grading for proper drainage, plus junk and debris haul-off. We leave the site clean — no spoils piled in the corner.

How fast can I get a quote?
24 hours for most jobs. If we need to walk the property first, add a day for the site visit. Jared does the quoting himself, so the number you get is the real one.
How far out are you booked?
Usually one to two weeks for standard jobs. Permits add time. If you're flexible on the start date, we can often fit a smaller job in sooner when another wraps early. Call and ask — we'll give you the honest answer.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, when the job requires them — septic digs, utility work, and similar. We handle the permit and schedule the inspector so you're not chasing the county.
What's your service area?
Based in Gold Canyon, covering Apache Junction, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, and the surrounding East Valley. Outside that, call and we'll tell you straight whether it pencils out.
