Every job.
Jared Flanders built this company in the East Valley. He still answers the phone, writes the quotes, and runs the machine. That's not a talking point — it's just how it works.
17 years of East Valley dirt.
Jared started doing excavation work in 2007 with one machine and a truck.
He grew up in the East Valley and went to work on job sites straight out of school. He figured out quickly that the part of construction people complained about most was the excavation crew — always late, always vague on price, always leaving a mess. So he started his own company with one rule: say what you're going to do, then do it.
Superstition Excavation is based in Gold Canyon because that's where Jared lives. The crew knows every road from Apache Junction to Florence, and most of the work comes from people who called back with a second project.
The rules haven't changed.
You talk to the operator
No salesman, no callback queue. Jared quotes the job and runs the lead machine. Questions get answered by the person actually doing the work.
Real numbers, fast
A firm quote in 24 hours, not a range designed to creep up later. If the scope changes on site, we call before we make a move.
Clean site, every time
When we pull off the job, the spoils are gone and the trash is gone. You get a final walkthrough and copies of any permits we pulled.
